The Five Centuries vineyard and wine tasting in the cellars of the chateau
Planted in 2002 to commemorate the 500 years of the Cossé Brissac family, the Five centuries vineyard is located opposite the mausoleum. The wine of the domain of Brissac is the fruit of 26 hectares of vineyards which produce mostly AOC rosé wine. It is offered to the visitors during a wine tasting session in the peaceful stone vaults of the cellar.
Tea salon
To fully enjoy your visit, we invite you to take refreshments in our tea salon, the “Pavillon des Cèdres”. The salon opens onto the park and has a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the shade of the ancient trees. Open from April to October, we serve hot and cold drinks and cakes.In July and August, we also serve lunches.
